Terms of Use
These terms cover the public founding access site. Requesting access means you agree to them.

Eligibility
You may use this site only if you are an adult who has reached the legal age required in your jurisdiction and can enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for following the laws and rules that apply where you live.
Projections, not picks
Uncut Lines is sports research software. Its model outputs—including projections, probability estimates, simulations, rankings, and research summaries—are estimates, not facts or promises. They are not picks, betting advice, recommendations, financial advice, or instructions to place, avoid, size, or structure a wager.
Uncut Lines is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or wrong because of data limitations, model assumptions, late-breaking information, and the uncertainty of sports outcomes.
You make every decision. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information from Uncut Lines, for independently checking it, and for every action and outcome that follows. No result is guaranteed, and you should never risk more than you can afford to lose.
No advisory relationship
Using the site or receiving an output does not create an advisory, fiduciary, professional, or client relationship. The service does not know your financial circumstances, risk tolerance, legal restrictions, or personal situation and is not intended to make decisions for you.
Founding access
A signup request does not guarantee admission, timing, features, availability, pricing, or continued access. We may limit, pause, change, or close founding access at any time.
Permitted use
You may use the public site for your own lawful, personal evaluation. Unless we give written permission, you may not:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or systematically extract the site or its data.
- Reverse engineer, bypass security or access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the service, branding, outputs, or access.
- Share private access credentials or impersonate another person.
- Interfere with the service or use it for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Ownership
Uncut Lines and its software, designs, branding, text, graphics, and original outputs are owned by Uncut Lines or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and liability
The site and its projections are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncut Lines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or wagering-related loss arising from the site, an output, or reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
