When you request founding access, we may collect:

• Your email address and the product goal you select.
• An optional invite code.
• Your consent time and signup source.
• Email delivery identifiers and delivery status.
• Ordinary technical and security data used to prevent abuse and keep the service working.

We do not collect payment information or accept wagers through the founding access page.

How we use it

We use this information to manage the access list, send signup and access updates, respond to support or privacy requests, prevent abuse, and improve the early-access experience.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the founding access list to place wagers or sell picks.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and email providers, including Cloudflare and Resend, to host the site, store access requests, protect the service, and deliver email. They process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.

Retention and your choices

We keep founding access information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.

You can withdraw your request, unsubscribe from access email, or ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing access@uncutlines.com. We may need to verify your email before completing a request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send sensitive financial, identity, or account information through the signup form or by email.

Age and changes

Uncut Lines is intended only for adults who have reached the legal age required in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date at the top will show the latest version.
